Our Story
Adath Jeshurun Congregation was founded as an Orthodox place of prayer by primarily European immigrants in 1916 and was chartered on February 15, 1918.
The Cemetery was purchased for consecrated ground as a place to remember and be remembered. Over the years, Adath Jeshurun Cemetery has become a choice for those who want affordable quality and the peace of mind of knowing that they and their loved ones will
be cared for with respect and dignity.
In 2022, Margaretta Interfaith Cemetery was established as a seperate cemetery to provide a place for Interfaith families to be buried with their loved ones.
The beauty and tranquility of the park like setting has served generations as their final resting place.
A full time Operations Director oversees the daily upkeep and security of the property including landscaping, caring for shrubs and monitoring for safety concerns.
Our caretaker is on property 24 hours a day and ensures security and access.
